How fast does the doctor actually arrive?
Inside the cities we cover, typically 30 to 60 minutes from the moment we confirm. Traffic in CDMX can stretch that. We give you an honest ETA before dispatching, never a generic 'soon'.
Do you take insurance?
Payment is at the time of the visit. We issue itemized invoices and medical reports in English with diagnostic codes, accepted by every major travel insurer (GeoBlue, Allianz, World Nomads, Cigna Global, IMG, and others). Most patients are reimbursed within a few weeks.
How much does a visit cost?
Standard consultation is a flat fee that depends on the city and time of day. We send you the exact price and what's included before the doctor leaves, never any surprises on arrival. IV therapy, vaccinations, and tests are quoted separately. Message us for current rates.
What if it's actually an emergency?
If you describe symptoms that need an ER (chest pain, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, a child in respiratory distress), we'll tell you that on the first message and help you get to the nearest hospital. Our service is for the wide middle ground between 'this might pass' and 'call an ambulance'.
Can the doctor speak English?
Yes. Every doctor in our network is fluent in English. Most are also fluent in Spanish, and a few speak French, Italian, or Portuguese.
Is this only for travellers?
No. Roughly half our patients are residents who'd just rather not spend an afternoon in a clinic waiting room. Locals, expats, families with young kids, anyone who values not leaving the house when they're unwell.
